false advertisement

Although the sound might be ok not excellent, but it is impossible for the earphones to stay in your ears, the only way it will stay in your ears is by using the comply foam cushion which is a third party cushion that cost about $20.00 for three cushions, that is how i experienced the sound. buyers beware if you buy this earphone through ebay the warranty is void.
