Another way to approach eating healthy
1 of 1 found this helpful It's just nice to know there is a premise for this work based on blood type. Not saying it is or isn';t good, but three people I know who have followed it look about 10 years younger, feel better and are trim and fit after being extremely overweight (by over 50 lbs each)
