Good idea with one caveat.
I read the reviews from a different seller of this product and they were mostly positive - with one caveat:
Your cat may just 'not get' how to get the kibble out.
While my cat understands toys that she has to roll or tip to get the treat, with this one she hasn't a clue. I've covered the top two levels, and show her how to flick out the bottom level but... I'll keep trying (keeps me amused anyway).
I give 4 star as it arrived promptly, is a good idea and is made from materials that are fit for purpose.
Edit, 2020,01,26: some months after purchase cat is getting the idea, so added a star.

Overall happy with purchase
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this (cheap) rowing machine as I haven't used one before and didn't want a dust collected.
I have used it for about 18-ish days over 21-ish days of owning it..
It arrived in good time (like 10 days before ETA). The packaged item is about 14kg.
It came with adequate tools required for assemble, which took about 45 minutes.
The materials: mostly steel, with plastic wheels for the track. It is solid and stable during use. Initially some bolts loosened off during use - but are easy to access to re-tighten - and haven't loosened since.
I don't not use the 'odometer' that counts rows etc - though it does work.
The foot straps are nice and wide though they run through a metal loop that rotates to the least desirable position, however I exercise in bare feet and the strain of exercise overrides any discomfort. The foot-rests rattle but are fine.
One of the arms now has less pressure in the first part of the stroke then the other piston, however there does not seem to be continuing drop in pressure and this doesn't effect the latter strain-part of the stroke, at which both pistons seem about even.
I use for 15 minute with a few pauses - most days - sometimes twice a day and feel muscles bulking up. It is more strength than cardio.
Overall happy - and will look to buy another more expensive machine when this one wears out.

Does what it says on the tin.
This breadmaker (bm) was one of the four having a recommendation by choice, and by far the cheapest.
Does what it says on the tin - makes bread, and better than if I use the oven.
Hint for the paddle hole - the bm has a power interrupt function - turn it off at the wall if you are around after the second knead, and remove the paddle. No responsibility taken if you mangle your fingers.
Pizza dough good. Make rye but knead by hand, as the rye dough is so solid its like putting a brick in the bm: the bm does throw it around but for the longevity of the bm hand kneading is kinder to it.
Overall happy with it.
