Good supplier, good communication, maybe LG need to look at the price of replacement parts.

Batteries are fine, but the price is over the top, not just from this supplier who is very good, but generally. In 6 years the cost of replacement batteries is about $540., but the LG vacuum cleaner which is very good wont work without them.
