Despite Royal Mail tracking showing as delivered buyer was belligerent. I refunded next day & had over 20 mainly unpleasant messages over 2 days which continued even after refund was made. Understand disappointment but response was extreme in my ebay experience. Buyer Unable to understand how Ebay payments & refunds work. Refused to ask post person where item was left!! Not an experience I want to repeat!!!
