Very bad PR. Would not use this company again.
The Step by Step came without the accompanying tutorial CD. The envelope which originally contained the CD was torn open. I contacted Worldofbooks to enquire about the CD (the book was useless without the tutorial CD), I received a reply back which indicated that I would have to go through your complaints dept. As I had a time line to complete a spreadsheet for a budget, I did not have time to make a complaint to eBay.
I borrowed the Step By Step book, with CD tutorial from the local library.
