2nd Generation Echo Dot is better than new Dots
1 of 1 found this helpful The 2nd generation echo dots have a clearer voice than the newer generation dots, which is why I purchased this particular unit. The newer ones have many customer complaints asking why the speech seems muffled or why it is sometimes hard to understand.

Bargain price for top end sound !
This was bought as a refurbished unit for only $36. I can't tell it from a new one and the sound is excellent. I think it was a very good bargain for a very good product. I'd recommend it for purchase.
