Fun and sweet story.
The series of books about Boadicea are wonderful. Highly recommend them to all ages.

CON:
The only single ply, so it's important to watch bake time and temp.

Excellent cookbook for everyday cooking.
Excellent all-around American cookbook with an updated and healthy twist. Many of the meals you grow up enjoying, and new ones you came to love in adulthood. Plus, lots of basic information in the beginning which is helpful for new cooks and still helpful after years of cooking. Rec'd one for my wedding over 25 years ago and I still use it on a regular basis.
One of the things I like the most is that they don't cheat their way to quick meals, they just find better and faster ways to use the same ingredients. You're getting great food from scratch--faster!!
