Item received and the delivery only took 4 days but PF Logistics courier did not leave the item in a safe place and luckily it was not taken away by someone. The item works but it is a bit confusing. The item description showed picture of the heater used for cooking and boiling water but the instructions said "Don't use the heater for cooking"! The customer service from the seller is very good.

Wont fit two feet as its not that wide (wrong description)
Seller is rude on the other hand-Enquired about delivery delay and the response was “i have provided the tracking so you should check with the delivery company” . Not courteous to speak either customer in sensible manner!

There is nothing wrong with our description, our pruduct size is exactly same with our description and photo show!
For the shipping problem the buyer mentioned, as the parcel was carried by ebay Official Logistics, so we asked buyer to open -item not received case via the order so that ebay would step in and help, we asked twice but the buyer still do not understand....
