I don't recommend this product
It really isn't a docking station but rather a hub for additional UBS connecting devices. It doesn't charge the laptop, half the time or more, the second monitor doesn't work, and the microphone and speaker hookup fails frequently.
I don't recommend this product.

Very satisfied
Product arrived on time, well packaged but not excessively so. It came complete with everything needed to set it up.
Counter height is critical, mine was a little short so had to go to plan be, using a cart. Very easy to setup and run. Water temp is important so had to adjust the hot water heater accordingly (140°f min.). My water is very hard so it does have an impact on machine settings, longer cycle for harder grime to remove.
It had taken me some experimenting with how to arrange dishes for best results. It does a great job on glasses, cups, plates, silverware, and pots and pans. I do end up hand drying some things, not a big deal.
Bottom line, it does great for small loads. It is quiet and efficient. Happy with it.
