Wish it was less expensive
Apart from the price, the only downside is remembering to pop a sachet after each meal. Solution, have them in your bag, or at least in handy spots at home. I have used this once before and now realize that one month is only a small kick start dose. They don't hype you up as phentamine can and they do have a small appetite suppressant in them, the main thing is you don't feel like you're on a diet.
I've had zero side effects, they are pleasant tasting and easy to take
For steady and slow weight loss expect to use for 3 months

Best Matrix shampoo
I've used Matrix for more than 10 years in the Biolage range. I started using this 2 years ago and would not use anything else. It leaves hair soft and shiny, works on short hair, long hair, curly or straight hair. A little goes a long way. To maximize effects you must use the conditioner too, so thick it is like a mask. I travel a lot and always take my Exquisite Oil with me. No matter what length my hair is I wash it no more than twice a week, this is testament to the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, just ask my hair stylist!
