  I bought this Joules wash bag and subsequently Royal Mail held back delivery due to insufficient postage. I contacted the seller and explained the situation once I had gone to collect and pay the additional postage amount. The seller was quick to respond and refunded me and explained how the mix up occurred. I am very grateful for the refund and I would highly recommend the seller because they respond proactively and politely. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again. Thank you

  I wasn't going to comment - but on reflection I think buyers need to know. Upsetting experience for me as a customer. The item was seriously delayed, but the seller wasn't happy to be asked any questions about it. The seller also attacked me, insulted me, claiming I'd accused them of not posting. I hadn't written this, nowhere. Luckily the ebay messaging service saves every word, doesn't it. I had to ask for a full apology - which, eventually, I got. I would recommend you be very careful here.

  Was posted on Saturday, received on Friday I can not control how long Royal Mail take to deliver an item. I did my upmost to chase and send details of what I had been told when I went in the post office also.I was asked to give refund on the Wednesday and I politely asked could she wait till Friday and I promised a full refund if there was no sign and the answer I got was an abrupt NO I want a refund let’s shut this down for safety??.I hope ebay team do read ALL the messages you sent me also
