Classic songs from a Master songwriter
If you're into Bob Dylan you won't go wrong with this album. Great classic songs delivered in Dylan's ageless style. They don't make them like this anymore.

Yoga for Children. Be fore-warned.
Yoga for Children has some good pieces where real children demostrate the yoga practice and poses. It suffers wherever the producers have inserted non-yoga items, which they do alot. They try to relate the poses to zoo animals, and structure the routine to show footage of an animal (eg an orangutan) and then children demonstrate the relevant poses. The idea is good, but the excution is poor. The animal footage is badly edited, too long, and children get bored. The entire production seems to have been filmed with a single camera, so there are no close-ups or focussing on hand or foot positions. The introduction and ending are painfully slow. The pictures on the cover do not occur at all during the session, so I felt cheated after I'd bought and watched the DVD with my children. It has the feeling of a local playschool production, and not anything approaching international standard. I feel it would be much improved if it were 30 minutes long, instead of 60 minutes, if they cut out all the non-yoga sequences, and if they used pictures on the cover from the actual footage.
I bought this as a treat for my children, who always enjoy joining in my yoga practice (which I usually do to Gaiam DVDs - perhaps I've been spoiled by their high quality productions). I could not get them to sit through 5 minutes of "Yoga For Children".

Refreshing, middle-of-the-road, lazy Sunday music
1 of 4 found this helpful Good collection of Brown's hits, rounded off with some sublime jazzy blues. Can't go wrong for "feel good" mood music of the older generation.
