I believe it's the best written guide on how to about being a CYCLIST there is . One can open it up to a page and become involved . From what having "Rider Class "means , most new riders are missing it "Rider Class" .Chris covers Bike handling Skills , Group Skills , reading a race , how to enjoy the bike plus racing and race training on the Tuesday - Thursday Worlds . Every Bike rider thinking of evolving into a CYCLIST should own a copy . Great Christmas - Birthday - or for a bike rider who could be a CYCLIST

Fast smooth training tire

Great training tire that rolls nice . Also will perform well in a road race when a little more protection from the road is needed . I'm paring them with Easton R90 SL rim . The tires are 25s , mounted they measure a perfect nicely rounded 28 .
