DO YOU SEE THAT

This is a BASIC 101 INTRODUCTION to WARFARE. Warfare is more detailed than throwing a Rock at a Adversary. The details are spelled out LOGICALLY and in Minute DETAIL. It seems no one in the White House ever took the time to read this book. What is the ground work to mount a major conflict? What about the other guy who has more ROCKS than you have? What gambit do you deploy to weaken his defenses and neutralize his OFFENSIVE CAPACITY.
One had better be prepared for a full face MONTY.
