Good sharp scissors
So much better than any previous kitchen scissors I've owned. They are super sharp and feel sturdy. Hope they last a long time.

Restored a rusty fireplace
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought a really rusty old fireplace for my bedroom, as I wanted to restore a missing feature from my period house. The ones in good condition were out of my price range. I opted for a rusty one and a tube of this Stovax polish.
The rusty fireplace was transformed into a beautiful feature in only a couple of hours.
I removed the rust with some wire wool and then applied two coats of the polish and buffed it.
The colour is definitely not black, it's graphite/gun metal. I really like it.

Great spare part I needed
A nice new sharp blade for my hedge trimmer to replace a broken blade. Easy to fit and now my haedge trimmer is working again and an added bonus of being sharp!
