Slingbox M2 - Brand new in box

Took some work, but it works.

I hooked the M2 and it worked as long as it was not connected to my TV. After a search on the Web and on the Slingbox site, I found that it is not unusual for service providers to have a blocking technology for the signal that prevents some copying of content. Another device can be purchased to hook up between the cable box and M2. Everything works well now.

I had a good buying experience, for the most part. I had a chance this weekend to wear the helmet for about 6 hours of riding, so it took some time to do some adjustments for fitment. It fits a little better than the C3 I had been wearing and I hope to add the SC1 communications system.

No benefit over bike antenna

I was very hopefully this product would help me get rid of my bike antenna, since it doesn't fit well in garage storage. I found that the antenna connection plug was longer than expected, so it didn't fit correctly, but I could establish a connection. The antenna did not get very good reception unless I wrapped it around the back of the motorcycle seat, instead of trying to hide it in the bag with the radio. Even then the reception was no better than that for my antenna.
