Seth Thomas #1 weight
The weight is made to drive a single weight Seth Thomas #1 wall regulator. But, it can also be used on a #2 to extend its hours of operation. The visible difference between a #1 and #2 is the placement of the pendulum. On a #1 it is in from of the weight and in a #2 it is behind the weight. The #2 takes a tube weight which is longer than the rectangular weigh for the #1. The rectangular weight is short therefore has a longer travel hence operates the clock longer. If you have a Seth Thomas 1 or 2 this is a great addition for your clock.
