SkinCeuticals Eye Balm review
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used this for about 5 years. When I ran out a couple of times during that 5 years and tried other reputable (and not inexpensive) eye creams, I was not satisfied. I will always go back to Skin Ceuticals Eye Balm. It reduces wrinkles, soaks into my under eye skin and doesn't leave a greasy feeling, but moisturizes wonderfully!
