Almost, but one major error
Pretty good replacement for the original equipment gas tank and carb, except for one thing: there are two mounting spots; one at the side between the carb and the fuel filler hole, and one at the end past the carb. The one at the side is just an open lug, any bolt that you happen to have available will fit through it, since it is not threaded.
The one at the end is threaded for for Metric. The original Briggs end lug was threaded SAE 1/4" coarse. The one on this replacement is Metric 6 mm. So this item does not correctly replace the original Briggs part.
Unless you happen to have a 6 mm screw or bolt available, (roughly 7/16" in length) you will need to make a trip to the store, otherwise you will not be able to properly attach it.
The carburetor does work properly and was no problem to start and run.

Good replacement for OEM parts
Recently I purchased an older model Honda NX250 and needed to do some serious restoration to get it looking good again. It was missing several of the original rubber well nuts and fairing retainer screws. This kit contained enough pieces to do the fairing, the well nuts fit the original holes perfectly. I will probably go ahead and get another of these kits and replace all the original parts so that all the fasteners on the bike will look exactly the same.

Easy Installation
Well made, easy to install. Raise the car up on the rack, remove the muffler. Hang the hitch end plates, hang the center section, tighten everything up. Replace the muffler, lower the car.
The only reason it did not get 5 stars was that the packaging was awful. Don't know what it looked like when it left Ontario, CA. for East TN, but when UPS dropped it off, a big part of the heavy gauge plastic wrap around the 3 parts of the hitch was badly torn, and one of the end plates was about to fall out. The address was on a large scrap of carboard that somehow didn't seem to fit any of the wrapping; see picture. The bag of hardware nuts and bolts was missing, but the UPS guy came back with it later - it was on the floor of his truck. Somehow I feel like what I got looked pretty much how it did when it left Ontario.
So it is a good hitch at a good price, just do a careful inventory check.
