good phone for basic use only.
while the costumer service from this eBay retailer is quick and easy and very helpful. the phone itself makes for a good backup. battery life is worst than bad and it freeze, Wi-Fi barely ever connect and if it does its super slow. keyboard skip text, has the worst auto correct feature I ever seen. it doesn't detect mis spellings and doesn't correct wrong words.
but on the positive side you can make calls when needed. check you email, take pictures. for the price it is worth it as an emergency phone till you can get a real phone.

Useless punch
Looks and feels good but it only works on wood. I tried it on aluminum and it barely marked it. I tried it on a steel plate and it did nothing. The inner spring is just not strong enough to mark the material other than wood.
