MY SON CAN READ! at least he thinks he can!
I love the book! I love the illustrations!!! AND I LOVE THAT MY SON LOVES THE BOOK! I bought a series of David Shannon's books. We love them all! No David! was referred to me by a friend from church, who's 2 1/2 year old began "reading" with this book! So i had to show that my son could do it too! Its amazing! Its largely recitation of course! But he loves "reading"! He sits on his bed ALONE! and i hear him saying "no david" "come back here david" "no, no, no"! I LOVE IT! I love the independence it gives my 2 year old (26 mos) to sit and follow the illustrations coupled with the simple phrases and be CONFIDENT IN HIS "READING"! Books like these are the kind of books to develop the enjoyment of reading! I love them all! David Shannon is offically one of my favorite children authors!

Great family fun! Great Valur for the money!
MY SON ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! He's transfered messages in these songs to his routine! He wakes up "Mommy! the sunny's shining in"...so its wake up time! The songs are easy and fun for the whole family! I enjoy it as much as my four year old!
