Best curry recipe book ever!
2 of 2 found this helpful I only bought this as a replacement to my old copy as I have worn it out and it's falling apart. If you're an old hand or new to making curry, this has to be an essential book.
Forget taking short cuts and using proprietary sauces, this takes a tad longer but initial preparation can be done in advance but results are superb.

Comprehensive with great recipes and techniques.
I already have a copy of this book and bought this one for my Son in Law, he was so impressed with some of my recipe results. He is producing some great food as a result. This book is so comprehensive and recipes are easy to adapt to your own taste.
