A good start to experience modular synths
1 of 1 found this helpful I was really looking for a small euro rack modular synth setup for my 17 year old son. Nothing fancy, just something to get started with. I wanted him to try out the principles and get feel for if it is his thing or not.
He really enjoys it and has learned a lot in just a few weeks. There are lots of YouTube tutorials on how to play the Korg MS20. (The K-2 is a clone of the MS20).
Note that you should buy some more patch cables immediately since there are only two included in the box.
Something to think about:
You may run into problems connecting this to other eurorack modules since the k-2 is using the Korg standard for control voltage while eurorack uses another standard. So you will need an adapter module to get it right.

A box of springs, what can I say
1 of 1 found this helpful The springs seem ok. The actual box was a little fragile though, broke one lock immediately.

Much better than Beats
The noise cancellation is so good it almost hurts you ears. It is a very strange feeling initially. My old Beats Noise cancelling headphones had a continuous weak hissing sound that these do not have. I have only had them for a couple of weeks so I donated know about wear and tear yet.
