  The packaging is bad. everything is included in one package. Many decorations were damaged or scratched during transportation. a bit inattentive seller:(((

  i pack all my items the same, this was the 1st complaint, if the items were broken as you say, you could have done an insurance claim on the items, the items were not broken upon packing, this is why its insured for 100.00 the truth is you got a really good deal and you are a reseller as were many of my buyers
