Excellent Book
This book is very good for understanding how the brain works. It was written by a brain scientist who had a stroke and also the presence of mind to recount what the experience was like. Very useful and interesting.

Stick - a book review
This book is out of print, so the only way to purchase it is on eBay. It's a fun book that uses stick figures to act out film scenes. It's fun to guess based on little information which film or historical moment is being depicted. This would be a good book for a coffee table, bathroom or waiting room where you want to leaf through a book and be entertained without having to commit to a long read.
