Prefer Peanut Butter
I like almonds better than peanuts, but I prefer peanut butter to almond butter. There is nothing wrong with the almond butter. It is just that it is far more expensive than peanut butter and doesn't taste as good to me. Try a jar, as I did. You may like it. It is okay, but not good tasting to me.

Good to Great Quality for the Price
The quality of the bar and weights is such that I doubt I will ever wear them out. Considering that I am in my late sixties, that may not mean much. I have supervised a high school weight room for about 15 years in past years. These weights and bar are as good as any we had and those have lasted for three decades and are still fine. There really isn't much that can go wrong with them unless one over-loads the bar.
