Safety issues! & Batteries fail to take a recharge or come that way in the box

BUYERS BEWARE Theses cheap e- collars are all manufactured in China and do not meet American safety regulations. Dog owners who have purchased or are going to should place their beloved dog(s) SAFETY first over Price!!! If you purchase any one of these cheaper Chinese made e-collar systems and intend to use the static/ shock mode you must check the battery and if it feels warm or hot as mine did remove the collar immediately as your dog will get injured/ burned if you do not do this EVERY couple minutes when you are using the static/ shock mode. None of the cheap E- collars systems are made in the USA They All are manufactured in China and are not required to meet American safety regulations I know because I have purchased Two of these e- collars on ebay and Amazon I own three dogs and have been a dog trainer for over 40/yrs. Static/ shock modes must only be used to (curb/ end aggression only, Use beep/ sound or vibration modes ONLY for any all training uses, Never " Shock" mode
