no need to pay more
this was one of the cheaper versions of this product, but I can't see why you would need anything more. it's accurate & is easily zero'd. the shipping is good and quick.

good stuff
1 of 1 found this helpful bought this, wasn't sure if it was powerful enough for a wok... I was wrong, it's rediculously powerful. I barely use the full blast setting but it is awesome for quickly drying the wok or boiling water. hooks up to LPG bottle.
only issue is that the ignitier is useless when you use it outside, the gas just gets blown away by the wind so you need to ignite it with a match/lighter

a great oil for chopping boards
