Folding Key Shell for Mitsubishi Evolution X FOB Key
Good but issue is that this key shell is much longer in size than the original fob key.. Because of the design of his FOB key shell, the locksmith could make not an exact key copy (machinery limitation). The second key shell key was properly cut and works fine. I now have a folding fob key that is both better looking and bigger in size. Need to assess if it will last

Light Up Girl Sketchers Trainer
Second pair of girl sketchers trainer. Pro’s: Fashionable, Light Up, Good brand, Make girl happy. Well designed. Con’s: Expensive, sole would not last very long if used everyday (school shoe), with time the light up feature would break down. Would only buy at promotional price (sales)

Rainbird SST600i Lawn Irrigation Timer Controller
Easy replacement for Rainbird E-4C timer that lasted 8 years, however a bit tedious to set time and date compared to older model E-4C. No battery needed but it seem that it does not hold time and date on power off though it retains Irrigation schedules if power off, does the job, would rebuy Rainbird though customer friendly usage design could still be improved, thanks Rainbird from a globally satisfied customer
