Great book, great advice, good price.
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this book after hearing about on the biggest loser. The book is colorful and easy to follow. The advice and instructions are clear, concise and easy for the regular person to read and understand. It is paperback, whick I prefer, due to portability. I would recommend this book to anyone just starting a fitness program because it has something for every fitness level. The only complaint I have about the book is the way the sample workouts are set up. Would have been nice to see it all on one page but still a great book.
