A good substitute
These toothbrush heads are very well worth their purchase price compared with the product for which they are a good substitute.
However I think it is not always easy to tell when a head is worn out and needs changing.. What seems to happen is that whilst the bristle head can appear to be in good condition, the internal plastic mechanism deteriorates so that the head scarcely rotates but still vibrates in a way that gives the user the impression of satisfactory operation. Despite this I would still buy more when my current pack is used up.

As a former school music teacher I think the book is very good and I could recommend it.
Obviously written initially for school-children It is a no-nonsense introduction to the recorder and is also ideal for adults who wish to brush up on rusty playing. Published several decades ago in black and white it lacks the colorful frills and graphics which pad out many more modern tutors but is full of down-to earth material that introduce and give systematic exercise to a goodly range of notes. I actually thought I had ordered book 2 which I did subsequently. This too is well worth acquiring.
