Really nifty little machine, works brilliantly. Only negative was no 'pet ' solution included which was the one thing I wanted.
Really nifty machine, neat and tidy, does exactly what it says. Looked like new. Only negative point was because this is sold as a refurbished machine you may not get all the products included that you would with a new machine. I particularly wanted the pet odour solution which was not included this time. Very easy to use, very happy purchaser. Recommended product.

Good design but......
Great large corner design able to manage my 7kilo cat, although other similar models are available with identical measurements at a third cheaper price. I was disappointed with the quality of the plastic, it is flimsy and feels like it will not last long. The clips to hold the two halves together are poor quality and only just work. The front access point does not line up properly. Good for easy access for cleaning, but again poor quality on the fixings. If I could have returned this item I would have but I needed it urgently.
