Soft grip that feels slimy even after scrubbing.
I am not a fan of these grips. I have been installing grips for over 40 years (originally as a kid working in a pro shop and ever since for personal use/friends). I bought these grips for my wife as she is partial to pink. The problem I have with the grip is the lack of structure in the grip. Difficult to install on the longer shafts like the woods because the grip is so "flimsy". I have always scrubbed my grips with a stiff brush, fry Comet powder and water once they are installed. This helps to remove any film left from the molds and usually gives the grip a nice clean tacky feeling, except these grips. Even after a good scrubbing they remained feeling slick, kind of slimy feeling. Ironic really since the name is DriTac,
Having said all of that, the grips are very soft to the hands and will undoubtedly be comfortable for her to play although I am not sure for how long and certainly not with any moisture from rain or sweat.
