Good but can use a little tweaking.
If you must keep the carbs really low, when the recipe calls for sugar mix 50% sugar with 50% stevia. It's a great marriage and is even sold premixed but way cheaper to do it yourself. I only use whole wheat flour so I just use that in place of white flour, you have to mix it longer though. Also try mixing in flax flour as it is only 5 carbs of digestible carbs for 2 cups.

I got this for my granddaughter's birthday. She is 17 and plays several musical instinstruments. She loves to be able to play to her headphones.
