Awesome Album
I've always liked Simon and Garfunkel's songs, ever since I first started listening to their albums when I was in high school. Some are about social issues, others are romantic. (Some of the songs on this album were used in the movie `The Graduate'.)
Too bad the duo broke up at the end of the 1960s after their album `Bridge Over Troubled Water'...they made one of the really good singing duos of that era.

Excellent movie, definitely among my own `Top Ten'.
It's quite close to Stephen King's story of the same name. Frank Darabonte directs a great cast very adeptly to bring King's message of hope under brutal circumstances to the screen.

Very good gothic horror
In all the horror (i.e., Stephen King) movies I've seen, Burnt Offerings was the only one I saw with a house that would renovate itself at the expense of a person's life!
Very imaginative...I bought it out of nostalgia...I first saw it when I was nineteen or twenty--and it scared the HELL out of me!
