A pleasant surprise!
Otaki kits surprised me with their fit and level of detail. They are not complicated, but quite satisfying builds. Also, although my kit was years and years old, to my surprise, the decals applied well and look great. The George is only one of several Otaki/ Arii kits I bought and all have fit together well, including the Ki-43 "Oscar," Ki-44 "Tojo," and the Raiden, "Jack." Otakis are a great buy with many subjects that only Hasegawa produces, but at a much higher price. Affordable and highly recommended.

A modern dat symposium on Love, sex, men and women.
One of the great novels--not DHL's greatest, which is THE RAINBOW, but, as WOMEN IN LOVE (originally titled THE SISTERS) was conceived as the second half of that novel WIL is excellent. Ostensibly a novel of two couples falling love, it is really more philosophical than romantic. The two pairs, Gudrun and Gerald, Ursula and Birkin represent and debate different positions and POV's of love and, of course, sex, that allow Lawrence himself to express and consider his own feeling and experiences. A fascinating complication is the novel's portrayal of the love between Birkin and Gerald --total opposites, yet, hopelessly attracted and repulsed by their strong feelings for each other. The style is prickly and intense full of love-hate, attraction/ repulsion that is evident almost in every sentence. This is what we should talk about when we talk about love.
