The Hangover Blu-Ray - Great Film, but make sure you get a good copy
I had already seen the film when I decided to buy it on Blu-Ray and I was not dissapointed.
The Hangover is a raucous comedy focusing on the experiences of four friends as they throw a Bachelor party for their soon to be wed best friend. There is back story given at the beginning but the main section of the film focuses on the day after the night before, hence 'the hangover'. No-one remembers what happened the night before and the protagonists spend the aftermath attempting to piece together what happened, including trying to work out why there is a tiger in their hotel bathroom and how they managed to obtain a baby. Oh and there is also a cheeky celebrity cameo...
The Blu-Ray itself is jam-packed with extra content, most of which I have yet to get through, but I chose to watch the extended, un-edited version of the film and have taken a look at the gag reel. The picture and sound quality is excellent throughout, compared to the DVD version that I have already seen, although I did find one scene where the disc skipped a slight bit.
Overall I would recommend this film and particularly the Blu-Ray version to anyone, but I would make sure if you do purchase a previously used copy that you comprehensively check its condition as the one scene that skipped did annoy me slightly (this is why I gave it 4/5 rather than 5/5).
