The American Civil War: A Union Divided (DVD)
This is a very biased, one sided version of the Civil War towards the Union side. Almost the whole first DVD focuses on slavery and does not offer any Southern perspective. If I wanted a DVD on the history of slavery in the US, I would have purchased it, but that is not what I thought this was going to be about. Note also that economic causes for friction between North and South were only mentioned in passing and no focus was given on Northern tariffs on Southern goods or unfair treatment/status given the Southern states by the North. The second part of the series was a bit more balanced and focused on the military campaigns. I bought this DVD thinking it was going to show both sides, but it does not. Don't waste your money on this DVD. There are much better ones on the market.
