A high quality plant protein with essential amino acids - A+
2 of 2 found this helpful Have used this for 3 years and find it a useful to boost my protein intake. Tastes pretty odd (green) but works well in a fruit based shake to mask the flavour. I guess you could bake with it but I don't know how that would effect the efficacy.

Useful tool for general information on which plants work where
Lots of useful info on what plants will work in which locations and soil types. Quite a lot of repetition as the same plants crop up in multiple section, but that is probably inevitable. Would like more depth though on each plant and perhaps only a reference to the relevant page wherever it appears.

Not a great machine - fails in 3 key areas
The machine is easy to use but that is about it. The instructions say to turn on 15 minutes before you need to make coffee for the best results. The best results for me are to get a coffee as soon as possible after I wake up; so on that front this machine fails. Secondly, when the green light comes on telling you the water is to temperature for the coffee, you have only around 15 seconds before the light goes out: ie: the water is now too cool to make the ideal espresso. With a fine ground coffee in the double-shot coffee holder, it takes 10 seconds to even start expressing water into the cup. So, insufficient power power and an inadequate heating element are definite issue with this machine. Fails again. 3 key failure points.
