I had a positive exchange with the seller re the backrest: the bolts attaching it to the chair were very tight and I was not able to remove them. Seller offered to exchange the backrest for a new one which I was able to use with no problems. Chair is practically brand new; color is great and as advertised. I messaged several times over a month and a half and only got one response a few weeks ago where they apologized and said they had moved the business and things were in disarray and that they'd ship the item. Excellent machine.
Very well packed and all parts were there. It works really well. Just what we needed to clean our 15,000 sq. ft store & warehouse!
