Does what is says.
Enables the use of F-mount Nikkor lens on Nikon-1 cameras. AF-S or AF-P retain auto-focus and exposure control.
However one draw-back is that it won't allow exposures over 1sec. No good for astro work.

It's a grill element
What's to say? It's a replacement element for a cocker grill. Plain and simple. Seems to be made to a standard, easy to fit, all necessary fitting included, works well. Does my toast just how I like it. Reasonably priced as well.

Alternative use.
Weller products are always good quality but I didn't buy it for a weller iron - it is a perfect fit in Adcola 1/4in iron.
