Can't see to fill the iron with water.
This iron would have had a higher rating but it has one major draw back. You can not see the water as it is filling the iron. The water viewer is navy blue and there is no way you can see the water level as you are filling the iron or even after you have filled the iron. This is annoying because you are constantly filling the iron up, not wanting it to run over you have a tendency to under fill the water well.
