Avid distance sticks

These are without doubt the best of the best. They screw into the ground with a large threaded worm with the crank at the top acting like a handle, so no need for a Tommy bar. The sticks are nice and tall so no accidental loops slipping off. Set up correctly with the cranks facing in, when it's time to wind back on the line slips effortlessly off the tops of the sticks. I have owned Fox and Korda sticks and neither are as good as these. I now have three sets, one for every set of rods I own. At £23.99 they are a fraction of the price of the Jag/Korda sticks and in my opinion vastly superior in design.

Korda Infuza glug pot

If you roll your own hook baits or want to enhance ready-mades this is the bit of kit you can't do without. I make my own hookers, airdry them for a couple of weeks the rehydrate in liquid food in the Infuza pot for the next two weeks. You can then transfer to another tub and reuse the Infuza for the next batch of hookers of simply keep the bait in the Infuza to carry on drawing in the attraction making your hook baits irresistible to carp. This is an absolute must in every bait bag.
