Wonderful sad story!

I would have loved to see more books about Norton, the wonderful Scottish Fold, but alas it was not meant to be! Peter Gethers has a real knack for writing about animals and, though this book is sad, it ought not to be missed. After reading his tales about Norton I really wanted to get a Scottish Fold and if I didn't already have 3 cats I probably would have!! Anyone can enjoy this book even if they aren't necessarily a cat person.

Great book for cat lovers

This book as well as the Cat Who Lived Forever are very heartwarming and emotional books. Norton is very special! Anyone who likes cats will love it. I read it several years ago borrowed from my sister and really wanted to have my own copy as I will definitely reread it one of these days soon.
