Everything went smoothly
1 of 1 found this helpful I had had a bad experience buying my previous phone (Galaxy S4), but this time it all worked smoothly. The phone arrived in just a couple of days. It looked great and the battery was fully charged, so I could boot it right away. The OS was up to date, my Koodo SIM card worked without problems and there was no scratch or defect to be seen.
The S5 is not such a huge change from the S4, but it has one new feature which I love: One-handed operation! (It is a bit hidden in the settings, but it allows to easily use your phone with only one hand).
Overall, it has been a magnificent experience, both the purchase and the product!
