Blonde crazy
I think everyone likes James Cagney - I certainly do. But I bought this movie mainly because of Joan Blondell - one of my favorites. It's great to see the two of them work together. They are a great pair. She is sexy, saucy, and stands right up to Cagney. They are true partners in this movie. Set in pre-code times it has some great eye opening scenes from Cagney's eyeballing the female form to Joan's bath tub scene. Just a great movie, from one of the best screen-teams.
