Good Product - Requires patience
1 of 1 found this helpful The product is very well designed. In order to get reasonably accurate results, directions must be followed exactly. This means that the user must have the patience and diligence to carefully read the instructions and practice. The company is quite accessible and willing to take the time required on the phone to support users. In addition, there are videos available online.
It is well made and can provide fairly accurate test results, if the tests are performed correctly. This means that the user must place the exact amount of blood onto the test strip that is called for. The collection tools that come with the test strips make this very doable.
I purchased my unit 2nd hand online and ordered the test strips from the distributor recommended by the CardioChek customer support (everything needed is available on ebay and Amazon). I am quite happy with the entire system.
