The wrong shirt was sent. The item was sent without tracking, so it took me a bit to figure out which item was tied to this seller. When I reached out with photographs of the wrong shirt, the seller offered a refund. I had to manage the entire refund process because she said she didn’t know how to do it. I give a neutral rating because she did refund me, but I had to work too hard to get my money back for the seller’s error.
