Perfect
Easy reading , fascinating material to learn about. Inspiring story that parallels the lifestyle information you want to learn and process as you go along with the story. I like the fact that she alternates the story with the basics of the science behind the lifestyle, if that makes sense. :)
I liked it so much that I'm thinking of ordering a hard copy. It was the kind of book you don't want to put down.
